COVID-19 GUIDANCE

We’re following all Government guidelines to ensure our events are a safe space to shop. Hand sanitiser will be provided on entry and face masks must be worn. Thorough cleaning will take place as well as regular cleaning of high contact areas. Our fitting rooms will remain closed at this time. We strongly encourage everyone to remain at least 1m away from others when queueing outside or shopping, and we’ll be strictly monitoring the venue capacity. If capacity is reached you may be asked to queue outside, where we’ll then operate a one in, one out policy. Tickets will be required for entry, see below.

Entry rages from free to £.150 and tickets are required for entry.

Pay ONLY £13 PER KILO if you pre-pay online! Only 50 kilos available at this advance discount price!

1. Present all your Advance Kilo tickets on entry at the door – tickets will be scanned and exchanged for wristbands.
2. Advance Kilo tickets do not include entry – entry must be purchased separately.
3. Simply show the till staff your wristband(s) to redeem.
4. Any kilos exceeding your purchased advance kilo(s) will be charged at our normal rate of £15 per kilo.
5. Only redeemable at the event dated on the ticket.
6. Maximum 5 per person.
7. Can be used in conjunction with a Bundle ticket.
8. Advance Kilo tickets are non-refundable and we do not give any difference back if you do not spend your full kilo value.
