The form below is to apply to deliver CommunityAd magazines & leaflets on a regular basis.

Provided you are over 18 years of age you can become one of our distributors.

The ‘Distributor Details’ section is for the person applying to do deliveries.

The ‘Additional Helpers’ section is for anyone helping you with your delivery.  They need to be registered so they are able to track deliveries via their smart phone.

Note:  Each Distributor and Helper needs to have a different email address for the app to work.
