Dover District Council Agent Event

An agent event is being held at the Dover District Council offices in Whitfield on Wednesday 6 November from 6pm for anyone interested in standing as a candidate for the Dover constituency in the upcoming UK Parliamentary Election or standing in the Dover District Council By-Election for Guston, Kingsdown and St Margaret’s-at-Cliffe.

A Parliamentary General Election will be held on Thursday 12 December 2019.  On the same date, if the vacancy is contested, there will be an election for one District Councillor for the Guston, Kingdown and St Margaret’s-at-Cliffe ward.

The prospective candidate and agent event is being organised by the DDC Elections Team and will explain the process involved in standing for election. Nomination Packs will be available for collection after the presentation.
