External Funding Update

DDC have just launched the new community-led housing Funding Options webpage.

The page provides further information and links to the current funding streams available from external organisations.

Some of the funding streams currently available are from Community Led Homes, Power to Change and the Lloyds Bank Foundation to name but a few of the organisations offering financial support to community-led housing groups.

The community housing team will be regularly updating this page with further information and funding streams as and when they become available, so watch this space for the latest funding options!

Dover District Council Community-Led Housing Grants Scheme Continues into 2020

Dover District Council Community-Led Housing Grants Scheme for grants up to £10,000  is ongoing into 2020. We welcome any applications from any eligible groups; we may be able to give you financial assistance to get your project started.

Grants may be used:

• to help set up your group
• for groups to attend training to learn new skills
• for costs associated with carrying out consultation to gauge public opinion
• as a contribution towards fees in connection with the progression of a development for instance, site survey costs
