Woodfest & Country Fair in Faversham this weekend!

Details:After a successful event last year, Belmont House & Gardens are very excited about the Woodfest and Country Fair this year! They have a variety of exhibitors from the wonderful world of wood who will be demonstrating their traditional skills and craftsmanship, including chainsaw carving, horse logging,basket making, bow making, ‘have a go’ hazel dogs for children, coppice candles, willow weaving, roof shingle making, mushroom carving, sweet chestnut hurdle making, bushcraft and more.

The arena displays this year will include the usual favourites, with Xtreme Falconry, terrier racing, ferret racing, dog and duck display and more. Don’t miss the creepy claws animal display or why not try the “have a go” archery and climbing wall.

The “Keep it Local” marquee will be here, where there will be a selection of arts, crafts and gifts as well as a variety of locally produced food stalls, so why not treat yourself to something special! There will be live music throughout the day for you to enjoy too.

The Fun Dog Show will take place on Sunday only.

Adult £10, Concession £8 and Children under 16 free. Cash perferred on the gate.
