Get ready for the return of the Sausage and Cider Festival to Chelmsford in 2024!

The outdoor Sausage & Cider Festival will be arriving in Chelmsford, on Saturday 10th August 2024 at Central Park!

Back with a fresh line-up of amazing tribute acts, a diverse selection of street food vendors, and now featuring up to 30 different ciders on-site! In addition to enhancing food, drink, and entertainment offerings, improvements have been made throughout the event, including the introduction of a brand new festival market!

Fastest Sausage Eating Contest

How fast can you eat a sausage? Well why not give it a go on the day and see if you can’t win our 1m of sausage eating competition.

Jump up on stage and join in to compete against other attendees to try and eat just over 1m of Sausage as fast as you can!

Chilli Eating Competition

Fancy yourself as a person who can eat hot food? We have our famous chilli eating on stage competition! 6 rounds of chilli’s… how far can you get? For all competitions please apply on the day!

Live Music

Each Sausage and Cider festival will have incredible live music from cover bands to DJs performing.
