About this Event

You do not need to have tickets to visit the German Market during the week or at weekends. 

Our German Market will be open every day from the 16th September until 23rd December 2021.

The German market also hosts more than 30 stalls, festooned with delicately crafted Yuletide gifts, from Christmas ornaments, candles, authentic cuckoo clocks, traditional Christmas fare and

beautiful handmade woollen hats and gloves; there really is something for everyone. All of our stalls are hand-made on site by Roland Smith and every year we go out to Germany to source products you would usually see in German Christmas markets to make your experience as authentic as possible.

The German Market really is a feast for the senses which is sure to get you in the mood for the holiday season.

This festive season, we have also introduced gluhwein to take home to enjoy, gift-packed authentic German beers, our now fairly famous Kurz and Lang bratwurst sausages to take home and enjoy and even stollen advent calendars!

An Evening at Meadow Croft’s German Market 2021

Enjoy the German Market by night and browse the magnificent stalls whilst sampling the famous Gluhwein, German Beers or Bratwurst.

TICKETS FOR BOTH EVENTS ARE NOW SOLD OUT!

For those that have purchased parking tickets – the price of the ticket WILL BE REFUNDED against any purchase on the night! So keep it safe & remember it on the night.

Please ensure you have purchased your car parking ticket before the event.

No Ticket – No Entry.

The Garden Centre & Resturant will be open as normal during this event. Closing time will be 9pm.

Come and enjoy the festive atmosphere!

 

The German Market is free to attend and is open 7 days a week during our opening hours which can be found at the top of our website.

Hot food is served in the German Market from 10am – 4pm daily and you can enjoy freshly-made belgian waffles, bratwurst, kaesewurst and sauerkraut.

We also have a dedicated confectionary stall where you can enjoy a huge range of our now famously-popular schokokusse, or ‘chocolate kisses’.  Every year there are more new flavours to choose from.

We also serve German bottled beers, our delicious homemade spiced apple drink and of course, gluhwein!
