Have fun swapping your pre-loved unwanted clothes for other quality clothes in this clothes swap/sale fundraiser. Clothing also available to buy. Have coffee, cake and a chat!

About this event

Our Wayfinder women have also emptied their wardrobes to donate clothes to be sold on the day. We are working in collaboration with Age Concern who are donating clothes from their Grove Street branch. Raffle prize included with ticket entry.

How it works

• Bring 3 items of unwanted clean female clothing on the day of the event.
• Pay £5.00 on the door when dropping off the clothes
• £4.00 if booked through Eventbrite (this gives us an idea of numbers attending).
• Drop off clothes to be swapped and or donated between 10-10.30 on the day of the event.
• You will be given a numbered ticket when you present your three items, this will be put into our raffle draw.
• We will start the swap at 11.00 finish at 12.00.
• Stay at the WayfinderWoman office where you can buy a coffee and cake or return at 11.00.
•  Opportunity to buy items that have been donated.
• You can pay for any bought clothing, entrance fee, coffee and cake by cash or card.

What we expect for the swap

Good condition clean pieces, with no holes, stains, missing buttons, broken zips.

Womenswear, with no underwear, pyjamas, slippers, swimwear or accessories.

Fundraising information

WayfinderWoman is a female led charity that helps women find better lives by building their confidence. WayfinderWoman will keep the entry fee money and any money from the WayfinderWoman clothing sale rail. Profit made will go towards a free workshop.

Age Concern will keep any money from the Age Concern clothing sale rail. Any clothes that have not been sold will all be donated to Age Concern shops.

Raffle prize

Jane de Weck Photography (Eastbourne) has donated a voucher which includes a sitting and a 1 8×6 mounted print.
