Turner Prize 2019: Opening Weekend

One of the best known prizes for visual arts in the world, Turner Prize 2019 is coming to Turner Contemporary. Every other year the prize leaves Tate Britain and is presented outside of London.

As a way of saying thank you to all of our subscribers, we’re opening Turner Prize 2019 an hour early to give you the chance to be among the first to see the exhibition.

So join us on 28 September from 9 – 10am and see Turner Prize 2019 before we open officially.

Stay around for the weekend and see performances from some of the Turner Prize 2019 nominees as well as a special takeover from the team behind Margate NOW in our Foyle Rooms.

From 9-10am the cafe will be offering coffee and a limited edition cupcake for £3.

Entry is free.
