Tenant Involvement Strategy – share your views

At Homes First, we recognise the vital role that tenants play in ensuring that we deliver the best services we can. Effectively involving tenants in the decisions which affect their homes and local neighbourhoods is central to our approach.

Our draft ‘Tenant Involvement Strategy 2019-2022’ provides new ways for you to get involved, whether you have 5 minutes or lots of time to spare. It’s about how we listen to you through meaningful consultation and involvement and how what you tell us is used to shape the way that we provide housing services.

The draft strategy has been developed following consultation with tenants and leaseholders, earlier this year. We now want to hear from tenants and other stakeholders how effective you think this strategy will be.

The draft strategy can be downloaded below. Please read through the strategy then answer the questions via the online survey below by 5pm on Sunday 23rd December 2018.
