In search of something to do with the family this coming Bank Holiday? SWFest returns to South Woodham Ferrers this summer for more family fun over the bank holiday weekend.

The FREE entry festival, organised by Chelmsford City Events, will once again take place at William de Ferrers School playing fields on Sunday 25 August, from 10am – 5pm.

Designed for the whole family, South Woodham Ferrers will be treated to live music celebrating the best of local talent including Josh Brough and Beau Langdale amongst the line-up.

There will be plenty of free activities to keep you entertained, including the return of the Inflatable Zone – which is for adults too! More fun activities will be announced in the coming weeks.

No need to worry about staying fuelled throughout the day; we’ve got that covered -with plenty of tasty treats, food and an all-important bar to stay refreshed.

Councillor Marie Goldman, cabinet member for Connected Chelmsford, says “SWFest is a great local festival located in the heart of South Woodham Ferrers. The local support over the past three years has been fantastic and we hope to see more families attend the festival again this year, enjoying their bank holiday weekend.”

There is no need to book, just turn up and have fun! Please be aware there is limited parking available on site.
