Stretch yourself with pilates

Improve your balance, relieve stress and meet new people by signing up to Get up and Go’s new pilates course.

The course, organised by Havant Borough Council and Beyond The Mud, can be enjoyed with friends, family or on your own and is a great opportunity to get active if you are aged 55 and above.

Starting on Tuesday 11 June, weekly sessions are being held at Bedhampton Community Centre, PO9 3ES, from 8:30am – 9:30am. Your first session will be completely FREE and each thereafter just £5. All equipment is provided, so you just need to bring yourself and a drink. Free parking is available on site.

Pilates has something for everyone, regardless of your fitness level, age or physical health. During each session, your trained instructor will not only make sure you have a great time but also that you are safe.
