Stay in, work out with Medway Sport

residents

Medway Sport centres may be closed, in accordance with national government guidelines, but our dedicated fitness instructors have launched online sports sessions to bring workouts to your living room.

The sessions will help you to carry out your favourite routines, with some familiar faces, while making the most of your indoor or garden space. A new timetable will be released each Monday on Medway Sport’s social media channels and residents can access the classes on Facebook and Twitter or afterwards on the website.

Whether you’ve attended one of the exercise sessions at their sports centres or you’ve never been to one before, Medway Council’s online sessions will help keep you moving well.

Medway Council run a range of exercise sessions at our sports centres and we look forward to welcoming you again when we reopen.
