Medway Mile registration is now open

Places are filling up fast for the 12th annual mass participation mile which will take place on Friday, 19 July, from 5pm at Rochester Castle.

The Medway Mile provides residents with a great opportunity to get active and with a number of free activities taking place during the evening, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. As well as the mass family mile, there will also be a competitive adult race, children’s

races and the ever-popular mascot race. There will also be free sports activities on offer as well as inflatables, live entertainment and a spectacular fireworks finale. Find more details or register here – an automatic email reply will confirm your place, so please check your junk mail.

NEW Soccer School Session at Hoo Sports Centre

New Circuit Training classes at Medway Park

Due to popular demand, circuit training is back at Medway Park, every Friday 6-7pm, making this the perfect start to your weekend. Free to fitness class members, £8.80 to non-members. Book online.

The 7th Medway 10K

Check out the maritime-themed medal for this year’s Medway 10k on Sunday, 2 June. For all abilities from experienced athletes to those new to running, this race is chip-timed and medals will be awarded to all finishers. In aid of the Friends of Wisdom Hospice.  An event for all the family with additional children’s races around the athletics track.
