Detective Constable Jo-anne Gordon of Kent Police’s paedophile online investigation team said:

‘The evidence we gathered against Carl Windsor displayed an obvious desire to carry out sexual acts on a child.

‘He is a risk to public- the prison sentence and subsequent registration on sex offender register should help protect them.

‘Consequently, we will do everything in our power to proactively target people who seek to commit sexual offences against children and ensure they receive a prison sentence.
