Quote from Beverley Lockyer from Essex County Council’s Music Services “We are delighted to offer this opportunity to those who play traditional and modern instruments to join our new group. This is the first time we have created a chance for all abilities and all needs to meet and make music on a regular basis. It also offers an option to work towards a Duke of Edinburgh & Arts Award qualification. We hope this will be a great success.”
