Rugby Sevens in Aylesham

Make a date for rugby club’s fun day

Rugby players and non-players, old or young, are welcome to take part in a sevens tournament being organised by Snowdown RFC as part of a family fun day in Aylesham on Saturday 25 May.

To be held in the grounds of Aylesham Welfare & Leisure Centre, there will be fun fair rides, food stands, a beer tent, a tug of war, live music and much more. The fun starts at midday and continues until 8.30pm.

There will be live music throughout the afternoon from The Heroes, High Tide along with local musicians Tom Birch and River Frazer.

Just to make sure the grounds are at their best for the event, the rugby club is planning a tidy up around the welfare a few days before, on Wednesday 22 May from 6.30pm onwards. Any volunteers who are able to pick up litter are very welcome – please would you bring a broom or shovel.
