A complete oven clean may take from 2-4 hours depending on type and condition of oven. The floor and work area around the oven will be covered with protective sheeting. The door will be removed to aid access, [where possible]. Any removable parts, shelves, racks, grills, fan covers, will be soaked in a purpose built heated tank in the van, meaning no mess in the kitchen. Meanwhile the complete oven will be cleaned to remove grease and burnt on carbon deposits using a non-toxic and odour free cleaner. Lastly the cooker will be reassembled, polished to a shine, and will be ready for you to use straight away.
