We knew we couldn’t contribute to that and so we partnered with leading British manufacturer Aqua Air who are as obsessed about cleaning as we are.

And the result? Eco-friendly products that are 100% non-toxic, don’t include any harmful chemicals found in mainstream cleaning products and more importantly clean really well. What’s more, all of our products are supplied to our teams in concentrate and diluted in reusable 100% bio-degradable bottles, which drastically minimises our impact on the environment.

The HomeSafe cleaning system puts the health and safety of you, your family and our team of maids at the core of how we work. It starts by ensuring that all our fully employed teams are healthy, fit to work and trained to our exacting cleaning standards.  It also includes using our specialist disinfectant and anti-microbial Xtra Protect cleaner to thoroughly clean and sanitise your home. Call us today to learn more about HomeSafe and why you can trust MOLLY MAID in your home.

How does it work?

Daily Health Check. We speak with all of our fully employed teams every day to ensure they complete the NHS symptom check before starting their day.

Pre Clean Contact. Our maids will call or text you 15 minutes before arrival and understand your preferences while we’re in your home.

Once inside your home. We will wash and sanitise our hands following recommended guidelines on hand hygiene before we begin cleaning.

 

Xtra Protect. We use our specialist disinfectant and anti-microbial cleaner to sanitise all surfaces, paying special attention to frequently touched areas.

Once we finish cleaning. For your safety we use Xtra Protect on your house door handle, letter box and doorbell as we’re leaving.

Our Maids’ Health

All of our maids are fully employed by us and we have a duty of care to them – to make sure they are healthy and trained on all of our specialist cleaning processes.  If any of our maids are sick they will not be allowed to work but don’t worry, they are paid statutory sick pay so they will never feel any pressure to work if even a little unwell.  We will comply with NHS and Public Health England guidelines to ensure our maids work safely. They will also bring everything they need to thoroughly clean and sanitise your home – including our specialist cleaning products and freshly laundered cloths.  Caring about your home starts with the care we have for our friendly teams.

For many years we have used a range of eco-friendly cleaning products to clean your home, including Xtra Protect.  Xtra Protect is a sanitising and anti-microbial cleaner, which has recently passed independent laboratory tests proving it is effective against all enveloped viruses including all coronaviruses (to BS EN 14476 standards). We use this to clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms and frequently touched areas. We only use freshly laundered cloths and ensure our mops and dusters are all sanitised before each clean.

Every home is just a bit different, so we take the time to get to know you and what you need.  Our HomeSafe cleaning system means that we follow some set processes designed to keep you and your family safe and healthy, but if there is more that we can do please ask us.  The only thing that we ask of you is to tell us if you or your family aren’t symptom free so we can rearrange your cleaning to another day.
