About Sheila

Sheila’s background is in holistic massage, which further inspired her interest in complementary therapies. Since 2003, she has trained in a number of therapeutic disciplines and in 2011 gained a BSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture). Sheila has continued to develop her clinical skills, gaining qualifications in auricular (ear) and cosmetic (facial) acupuncture and Scar Work ™. Many of her clients visit for pain conditions. Canterbury Holistics is a women’s only space.

Sheila offers treatments from 2 locations.

The Whitstable Yoga & Wellbeing Centre, 83 Canterbury Road, CT5 4HQ (Thursdays 10am – 9pm & Saturdays 8am – 2pm)

Sheila is fully insured, licensed and a member of The Acupuncture Society and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
