Homes England Community Housing Fund Reminder

The Homes England Community Housing Fund has been open for capital and revenue applications since July 2018, and closes to new applications on 31st December 2019. Any groups and organisations wanting to apply to this fund now only have 2 months left to make an application. If you need any advice or support in connection with making an application, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Other funding streams are available, so if you have an idea, but will not meet the 31^st December deadline, please contact us, or keep an eye on the dedicated funding page on our website where we will post details of funding streams to support community-led housing developments.

Dover District Council Community-Led Housing Grants Scheme

Dover District Council Community-Led Housing Grants Scheme for grants up to £10,000  is ongoing into 2020. We welcome any applications from any eligible groups; we may be able to give you financial assistance to get your project started.

Grants may be used:

• to help set up your group
• for groups to attend training to learn new skills
• for costs associated with carrying out consultation to gauge public opinion
• as a contribution towards fees in connection with the progression of a development for instance, site survey costs
