Hoardings Installed

Residents of Aylesham’s Newman Road should be getting, or may have now received, a letter from Barratt Homes explaining why hoardings have been installed on land at the rear of their properties.

The hoardings provide a safety barrier for the land while fly-tipped waste is being removed. When the work has been completed, Barratt will reinstate existing accesses in accordance with its approved planning layout, says the letter written by the company’s contracts manager Marc Smith.

If anybody has any information about a skip left on the land and wishes to arrange for its collection, please would they contact senior site manager Tim Horner on 07824 437101. If it’s unclaimed by 3pm on Friday 25th October, Barratt says it will be removed anyway.
