WILDLIFE WISDOM | FROM OUR RANGERS

 

It’s March and spring is in the air. Early butterflies such as brimstone and peacock fly on sunnier days and bee-flies can be seen gathering nectar from woodland primroses. The overwintering birds at our coasts are leaving for their breeding grounds while others are back for warmer weather.
