WILDLIFE WISDOM | FROM OUR RANGERS

The Primrose is a cheerful yellow woodland and hedge bank flower and was deemed the first flower of the year. However, studies show that agricultural herbicides and the tidying of roadside verges is the more likely cause. For more nuggets of wildlife wisdom, check out the Countryside Facebook page.
