Put a Spring in Mum’s Step at the Pearson’s Arms with a Cocktail

As we officially enter Spring this week, that innovative team at the Pearson’s Arms has created a Spring Violette Collins cocktail to mark Mother’s Day.

Made with Tanqueray Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Crème de Violette and Egg White, and shaken hard. Available for £10.

“There are lots of Mother’s who are delighted to come to us on Sunday for a roast, in fact we’re fully booked, but equally there are come mothers who would love to be treated to a child-free cocktail out on the Saturday night and this is for them.” Said Jake Alder, General Manager of Pearson’s Arms.

The Pearson’s Arms is located on the seafront in Whitstable and is known for its welcoming cosy feel and quality food and drink. The bar serves real ales, fine wines and the restaurant has a wholesome menu of locally sourced seasonal foods.
