Christmas on the Home Front – WWII Experience at Kent Life

Join us at Kent Life on 23 and 24 November 2019 to take in the sights, sounds and smells of Christmas on the Home Front.  Re-live the festive season as it was in the 1940’s through the WWII events which brought our nation together.

Among the attractions will be ‘make do and mend’ lessons, drill displays by the Home Guard, a 1940’s school lesson, shops from the era and a rehabilitation centre for injured RAF pilots.

Admission to Kent Life includes not only the event but all the farm attractions such as cuddle corner where children can hold rabbits and guinea pigs, the indoor and outdoor play areas, a trip on the land train and the opportunity to explore the historic building that showcase what life was like in Kent through the various ages.  Visit the Owl Academy to see the impressive owls and the Meerkat enclosure.

Visit Dotty’s Tea Room for a great selection of home-made cakes and other tasty meals and snacks.

Admission prices are: adults £6.95, children (3 to 15 years) £5.95, concessions £5.95, Family Ticket (two adults and two children, or one adult and three children) £21.95. Under 3’s and members FREE. Annual membership passes are also available.
