Broadstairs Water Gala- This Wednesday!

A Packed Day of Entertainment at Broadstairs Water Gala.

On the 23rd August 2017  we will celebrate the best of the traditional English seaside.

A Fantastic day for FREE

Family entertainment and fun by the seaside at Viking Bay.

From toddlers at the Lillyputt Teddy Bears picnic to traditional beach games and competitions, water activities, all day bandstand entertainment, night time music and dancing with the band Helluvaday, family funfair and a fantastic firework display to round off the day, Broadstairs Water Gala has something for everyone.

Head to the beach

Head to the beach for fun on the sands with beach games and water activities, create amazing sandcastles and sculptures, discover sea life in the rock-pools and along the seashore, listen to tales of the seven seas, watch Punch & Judy ,and much more still to be announced.

Get creative

Make your beach hut the Best Dressed in Viking or Stone Bay. The theme this year is Victorian, be sure to register your entry, be creative and listen for details on the day.

Stalls and Live Music

Craft and trade stalls to browse through along the promenade PLUS live music in the evening on the bandstand featuring Helluvaday – guaranteed to get you dancing in the moonlight finishing with a fantastic Firework finale over the bay! What a great day for all the family!
