Brand new studio space at Whitstable Swimming Pool opening

Brand new studio space at Whitstable Swimming Pool opened on 23rd September as part of £600k investment

  • New class programme available to book from 16th September through the Active Life app
  • New gym to open by the end of the year

Construction of the brand-new studio space at Whitstable Swimming Pool is now complete. The new dance and class studio officially opened to the public on Saturday 23rd September 2023, with the new gym to open by the end of the year.

The new group exercise studio is just one of the improvements being made as part of a £600,000 investment by Active Life, supported by Canterbury City Council, that will deliver new and improved facilities to all members at Whitstable Swimming Pool by the end of the year.

This studio will offer a versatile space that will be used for group exercise and other community activities. The new class and studio programme is now available, with a wide range of classes for members to book through the App or on the website.

The opening of the new studio is just the beginning! The new gym will follow launching before the year ends. During the building work a temporary gym will be installed to ensure all facilities remain available to members.
