About us

Nightingale Bathrooms are a family run business based in Kent with over 20 years’ experience in installing and adapting bathrooms for the elderly and less able. We are proud of our good old fashioned values and attitude towards customer service. We are proud members of Which? Trusted Traders and the Guild of Master Craftsmen!

Nightingale Bathrooms started in Rochester with its glorious castle and historic links to Charles Dickens.
After a move in April 2014, Head Office is now based in the picturesque village of Birling in West Malling. We can be found at The Hay Barn on Birling Place Farm which is an area of natural outstanding beauty.
We install throughout Kent and most of the South East.
Our Team
We don’t have salesmen, just experienced surveyors with many years in the business.

We have our own team of dedicated, multi-skilled fitters who will carry out all aspects (except electrical) of your bathroom installation so you won’t get lots of different tradesmen in your home. They are polite and courteous at all times and aim to keep disruption to a minimum while the installation is taking place. Our electrician is NAPIT registered and a certificate is supplied to cover any electrical works we carry out.
