We have a new heated marquee to ensure that everyone is safe during the current climate. Air will be allowed to circulate and we have an enclosed panoramic side to give you a spectacular view across the vineyards. Watch the sunset with us and enjoy the food of another great local business- Mr Fish who will be supplying Cod and Chips for everyone to enjoy*. On arrival you will receive a glass of our Galleywood Sparkling Wine** to enjoy whilst sitting enjoying the view. The event will start at 6pm for 6.30pm to allow for an earlier finish. (Current guidelines state that all venues have to be vacated by 10PM)

Drinks will be table service only to follow the Governments guidelines on social distancing. We will be using the HOPT App for direct drink ordering to the bar(its really easy to use! ,a member of staff can get you started if required). If you have a smart phone please could you download the HOPT app before arriving it is available on both Apple and Andrioid phone apps . If you do not have a smart phone we will be able to take orders directly from the table. We will only be taking card payments at this event.

To follow current government guidelines and to keep you and us safe whilst still have an enjoyable evening, table sizes will be limited to six people. You will have allocated tables for your booking and each table will be 2.2M away from your neighbours. You must wear a face covering when moving to and from your table and when using the toilet facilities within the winery.

Please note that whilst we welcome children for our daytime events. Evening events are for over 18’s only.

The marquee will have heating but doorways will remain open: so air will still circulate. We would recommend wearing layers with an outside jacket that can be worn to visit the toilet facilities which will be in the winery. Suitable footwear is required to access the marquee which is across a grassed area from the winery building.

When booking the lead person will need to complete a registration form with their contact details so that we can keep records for one calendar month; should they be required for track & trace.

Should government Covid -19 restrictions prohibit the event being held your ticket price will be refunded within 7days of cancellation.Eventbrite booking fee is non refundable.
