Birchington in Bloom

I can’t think of a better way to raise funds for Birchington in Bloom than to put on an afternoon tea organised by our amazing group of volunteers.

With Sarah at the helm the event went very smoothly, serving up sandwiches, homemade cakes and copious amounts of tea and coffee. Our lovely guests were very generous in purchasing raffle tickets as well as decorated flower pots and painted stones created by Ann who is one of our very talented volunteers.

So many people and businesses contributed to make this event possible so I would like to give a big thank you to R.C.Wale and Sons for their huge generosity. A big thank you also to Joe’s Cafe, Blend, Fleur Beauty, Harbour Bakery, Adrian Andreo and Diana Young for their contributions.

Thank you to everyone who attended. We are very grateful for your support and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
