Raymond David Mallon received suspended sentence on 20 April 2017 at Thanet Magistrates’ Court.

He pleaded guilty to causing actual bodily harm (ABH).

On 13 May 2016 the 75-year-old, of High Street, Margate, assaulted a man in High Street, Margate, causing him actual bodily harm.

Magistrates sentenced Mallon to 120 days in prison, suspended for 12 months. He must also pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
